Students come first in Career and Transfer Services. Our office works diligently with students to help them determine their life's purpose or at least put them on the path to help them discover their career goals. DVC has an online job board on which students can find local employment opportunities, as well as volunteer and internship positions. Whether students need to start or fine tune their resume, prepare for an upcoming job interview, or just need pointers on next steps, we are here to help!

Workshops and Events

We offer support and activities that will prepare you to compete for 21 st  century employment opportunities.  Events include job fairs, industry networking events, industry field trips, and a host of workshops focusing on  resumes, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, time management, career exploration and many more.

Employer Visits

DVC Career and Transfer Services invites employers from a variety of industry in various locations near us to visit on-campus in order to share information.
